Please find below details of the arranged conference events. These are included in the conference fee but when you registered you will have informed us if you are attending these events. We need these numbers for catering and security information for the venues.

Sunday 16 July 2023 an evening welcome and registration event

Venue: The Beatles Story

Times: From 7pm

Location: Britannia Vaults, The Albert Dock, Liverpool Waterfront, L3 4AD

This is an opportunity to register early during a drinks reception within the award-winning The Beatles Story, the world's largest permanent exhibition purely devoted to the lives and times of The Beatles.

Drinks & light snacks, no dress code.

Monday 17 July 2023– poster session

Venue: ACC Liverpool

Times: 18:00

An opportunity to discuss the posters with their authors and talk to exhibitors. This follows Monday’s talks.

Tuesday 18 July 2023 – MIF Liverpool drinks reception and tour followed by conference dinner

Venues: MIF Liverpool followed by dinner at Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral

Times: Coaches transfer time TBC

Location: MIF 51 Oxford Street, Liverpool, L7 3NY then Cathedral House, Mount Pleasant, Liverpool, L3 5TQ

Enjoy a drinks reception at MIF Liverpool with options to have a tour of the labs. Then we move on to Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral for a three course meal in the dramatic surroundings of the Lutyens Crypt.

Our numbers are limited at MIF, we will offer an alternative drinks reception at the Cathedral.
