ARRIVAL FOR CONFERENCE
Registration will be open at 09:30am and the conference will start at 11:00am.
There is no parking on site but there is a 24hr pay and display public car park on Park Row.
Charges – Overnight 6.30pm – 8am free, Monday – Sunday 8am – 6.30pm £2.50 per hour
The campus is well serviced. The Docklands Light Railway (DLR) Cutty sark station is approx. 3 min walk. The Greenwich and Maze Hill train station is approx. 8 mins walk. You can find more information on the Universities website

For those of you giving a talk. Please check your day, time and room on the programme. Please can we ask you load and check your presentation on the laptop provided in the appropriate room. There will be a someone available if you need any assistance. If you could load it in plenty of time either the morning or the break before your session.
If you use a Mac and would prefer to use that. Please ensure you bring the relevant adaptors. As the venue do not have these available. Please also test it well in advance to avoid any issues.
Please prepare you presentation to the ration 16:9. There is a template available. You don’t have to use this but are welcome to if it helps.
On arrival please place your poster on your board. The boards will be labelled. Your number will be listed in the printed programme book which will be in your delegate pack. Velco will be provided to use.
The poster boards are 180cm high x 120cm wide. So suitable for A0 landscape or portrait. Please print your poster ready to display on day one. The posters will be displayed throughout the conference.
*Please note these boards are not suitable for the cloth style of posters as the Velcro doesn’t seem to hold them and we are not allowed to use pins on these boards.*
Please remove your poster at the end of the poster session.
You will have let me know of any dietary requirements on your registration form. If you have given specific requirements please identify yourself to the catering staff
