Conference Terms and Conditions
Delegate Agreement
1. Registration and Payment
Delegates must complete the online registration form and submit payment in full prior to attending the conference. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. All fees are quoted in pounds sterling and we are not VAT registered.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations received in writing up to 30 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund, minus a £25 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the conference. Substitutions of delegates are permitted at any time, provided organisers are notified in advance up to 48hrs before the conference.
3. Attendance and Conduct
Delegates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the conference. Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any delegate whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, without refund.
4. Programme Changes
While every effort will be made to deliver the advertised programme, organisers reserve the right to amend speakers, sessions, and timings as necessary. Any such changes will be communicated to delegates as soon as possible.
5. Liability
The organisers accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage to delegates or their property during the conference. Delegates are advised to arrange their own travel and health insurance as required.
6. Data Protection
Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for the purposes of organising the conference and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law. By registering, delegates consent to the use of their data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
7. Photography and Recording
Delegates acknowledge that photographs and recordings may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the organisers in advance.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
