Conference Refund Policy
Guidelines for Refunds and Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our attendees wherever possible. Please review our refund policy below for the upcoming conference:
Cancellation by Attendee
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before the conference start date will receive a full refund, minus a £25 administrative fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event, however we can accept a substitute (see below).
Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute to attend in your place at no additional cost. Please notify us of any substitutions at least 48 hours before the conference.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be provided. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or to notify us of a substitution, please contact me at deborah@constableandsmith.com with your booking details.
All refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 working days of approval.
